Where to start renovations in a new building and what stages it is divided into. How did we start renovations in a new building with a rough finish? Do-it-yourself renovation in a new building step by step

In all cases, the number of stages of repair work in new buildings in Moscow and the Moscow region depends on the type of finishing. Developers offer three types of apartments based on availability and quality finishing works:

  • without finishing;
  • with rough finish;
  • with a fine finish.

Where to start repairing a new building, in what order to carry out all the necessary work, and also who to turn to for help - you will learn from further sections of the article.

Where to start repairs in a new building with rough (pre-finishing) finishing?

Rough finishing - this is when there is bearing structures, floor screed and front door with a lock. The rest depends on the conscience of the contractor: it often happens that brickwork or aerated concrete blocks There's not even plaster.

Installation of plumbing during rough finishing is not provided. There are sewer and water supply pipes in the bathroom, and the same in the bathroom. There are no lamps on the ceilings, electrical wiring hangs freely from the ceiling. Most often it is already connected and isolated. Therefore, when connecting the lamp, you must remember to turn off the power to the cables. Availability of sockets and switches is possible, but not guaranteed.

Start off major renovation In such a new building you need planning. Think about where the furniture will be, choose a bath or shower, toilet, machine and, before buying, check whether they will fit in the bathroom.

If the rooms are separate, they may need to be combined. This already implies dismantling the partition. Not everyone can do this work on their own: demolition must be careful, because there is a risk of damaging important communications.

Additionally, you will have to deal with waste removal, since the legislation of the Russian Federation prohibits the storage of construction waste in places for the disposal of solid waste.

You can order a team of craftsmen from our company: we take care of paperwork for redevelopment approval, dismantling and other types of rough finishing work, as well as removal of construction waste.

Where should you start renovating from scratch in a new building without finishing?

Apartments without finishing are bare walls without sockets and other amenities. Communications can only be connected up to the entrance; everything else (wiring, connection, setup) is the work of the new residents.

First, you need to check with the developer what communications will be installed in the house. Necessities include: cold water supply and electricity. If this is available, you can install a water circuit, heated floors, boilers, electric cooking stoves, heaters, etc. However, you will be significantly overpaying on your utility bills. Therefore, you should immediately choose a new building in Moscow with all the benefits. The stages of renovating a new apartment without finishing include:

  1. Redevelopment (if necessary).
  2. Plastering walls and ceilings, screeding floors.
  3. Installation of plumbing, installation and distribution of electrical wires in rooms.
  4. Installation of sockets, switches, gas stove, washing machine and other equipment that will be difficult to move later.
  5. Pulling out all surfaces for final finishing.
  6. Installation of suspended or suspended ceilings.
  7. Decorating the room with emulsion, wallpaper, stucco and other finishing materials.
  8. Laying laminate, linoleum, parquet or other type flooring.

If you plan to complete all the work quickly and cheaply, you should contact professional specialists. The cost of major repairs in our company starts from 6 thousand per square meter. The price tag already includes building materials, measurements, design creation and execution itself.

Where to start repairing a new panel building?

Panel houses are economically priced, but they have a lot of disadvantages. Fortunately, any homeowner can get rid of shortcomings, but you need to know a few basic features of this type premises. The stages of renovating an apartment in a new panel-type building are in many ways similar to the stages when finishing a brick building, but with significant differences.

  1. Redevelopment is carried out only with the permission of the BTI, because most of the walls and partitions in the house are load-bearing.
  2. Plastering the walls and ceiling is done in a thin layer, because the panels are more or less even. Taking into account the increased sound and heat permeability of concrete products, panels should be placed on the layer of plaster sheeting to protect you from blowing and the sounds of neighbor disputes. The thickness of each panel varies from 2 to 4 cm, which may affect the internal area of the room.
  3. Installation of plumbing, electrics with control elements and necessary equipment carried out as usual. Washing machines are often installed in the kitchen due to the inconvenient layout of the bathrooms. The latter can only be corrected if the BTI gives the go-ahead for the demolition of the partition between the two sections of the bathroom.
  4. The installation of suspended and suspended ceilings in new panel buildings in Moscow is complicated by the presence of metal rods inside the ceilings. They can be drilled fairly quickly with a professional power tool, but each extra hole worsens the technological properties bearing surface. It is much easier to stretch the ceiling with mortar and cover it with light tiles.
  5. Finishing and redecorating are produced as usual.

Independence in this matter can do more harm than good. Without experience and knowledge of how to renovate a new building, it will be difficult for a person to even choose colors for decoration, let alone carry out the physical work. You already know how much our help in this matter costs.

Where to start renovating a bathroom in a new building?

Cleaning the bathroom - final stage, which is preceded by rough work. If the bathroom is separate, and you like spacious rooms, you should demolish the partition. The freed up space is used to install a washing machine, washbasin or cabinets for small items and household chemicals.

After remodeling, you should choose plumbing equipment. Finished homes may already have a toilet and bathtub installed, but the design and quality may not match your tastes. You need to buy appliances and equipment for the bathroom after taking measurements, so that it does not turn out that the shower stall is three centimeters wider than it should be and you will have to spend time replacing it.

After drawing out the walls, screeding the floor and installing the basic plumbing, you can begin laying the tiles. Using plasterboard without water-resistant properties in a bathroom is unwise - therefore, it is better to leave the ceiling without additional finishing or cover it with tiles using moisture-resistant adhesive.

What is needed to renovate an apartment in a new building?

If you decide to do the finishing yourself, you will need a lot of tools and building materials. You should think in advance where which decor will be used, calculate the amount of dry mixtures for drawing, and make a list of necessary things.

It must include: compositions for removing unevenness on all surfaces, primer, masking tapes, wallpaper or paint, solvents, tiles, linoleum or laminate, guides, levels for checking the quality of work, fasteners, adhesives, floor and ceiling skirting boards, as well as much more.

A person who rarely deals with finishing work will not be able to immediately think through the entire scope of work and purchase materials and tools at one time. During the execution of tasks, changes may occur, which will lead to damage to materials and the need for additional purchases.

You can do a much simpler and smarter thing - hire a team of craftsmen from a professional repair construction company LionGroup. Specialists have been involved in this matter for dozens of years, they know how to determine exact amount finishing materials for a specific task.

Dismantling, erection and transfer of stationary internal partitions- This is a complete redevelopment. To begin work, you need to order a design project and obtain the appropriate permission. In addition, there are certain restrictions on the demolition and movement of partitions. For example, it is impossible to remove the wall between the living room and the gasified kitchen and move the partition if this results in the formation of a room whose area is less than 9 square meters. m.

Stages of repair and finishing work in a new building

It is carried out in stages. Work on site begins after the customer approves the design project, prepares engineering and construction documentation and makes an advance payment by the client for rough finishing materials.

First, the “dirty” work is carried out, related to the dismantling of partitions, gating of walls, wiring of utility networks, and the renovation ends with furnishing and decorating the apartment.

1. Partitions: dismantling, moving, erection

In the photo: Renovation from scratch in a new building - installation of partitions

If the project involves redevelopment with the transfer, dismantling or erection of partitions, it is carried out at the first stage of repair. Builders carry out work according to working drawings and under the supervision of an architect.

2. Electrical wiring in the apartment

In the photo: Apartment renovation from scratch in a new building - electrical work

When the partitions are built, the electrical wiring begins. Electrical installation work is carried out by a team of experienced electricians who lay three-core cables with grounding (corrugated cables are used when laying some types of cable), install distribution boxes and socket boxes.

3. Installation of sound and heat insulation in the apartment

In the photo: Apartment renovation from scratch in a new building - installation of thermal insulation

Installation of heat and sound insulation in a new building is carried out before the walls are leveled. At the same time, the choice of installation technology (frame, frameless) depends on the heat-insulating material used.

4. Distribution of cold and hot water supply pipes, sewerage connection

In the photo: Apartment renovation from scratch in a new building - plumbing work

The routing of cold and hot water supply pipes, as well as the installation and connection of the drainage system can be carried out both closed (in wall grooves) and open method. When performing plumbing work, specialists from the Fundament Group of Companies use FAR and Rehau pipeline fittings, Honeywell automatic equipment and Neptun leakage protection systems.

5. Alignment of walls

In the photo: Apartment renovation from scratch in a new building - wall alignment

Alignment of walls in a new building is carried out using ready-made compounds based on cement and gypsum using beacons. Small irregularities are removed during sanding, and before finishing, all surfaces are carefully primed.

6. Installation of suspended ceiling structures

In the photo: Apartment renovation from scratch in a new building - installation of a suspended ceiling

Installation ceiling structures from gypsum plasterboard is carried out simultaneously with leveling the walls and laying electrical wiring if the cables are hidden behind a suspended ceiling. To attach drywall, a frame is mounted from aluminum profiles, and then conclusions are drawn for connecting lamps and LED strips.

7. Floor screed device

In the photo: Apartment renovation from scratch in a new building - installation of floor screed

Floor screed, which can be either dry (it is done using expanded clay and particle boards) or classic cement, is the final stage of rough finishing. The screed device can be combined with the installation of a heated floor system (this is important for residential premises, attached loggias and bathrooms) and the installation of sound and waterproofing.

8. Finishing of an apartment in a new building

Owners of housing in new buildings often do not know where to start repairing. A difficult period is approaching, in which you should arrange a new home and create a “cozy nest” for your family.

Having received an apartment with bare walls, there is something to think about. The attractiveness of such housing is that it is possible to arrange everything the way you want.

You can't get by with just cosmetic work.

Repair from scratch - where to start

You need to carefully inspect all the premises. This is done upon acceptance of the apartment.

If you do not do the inspection on time, then if you find visible complex defects, you will not be able to contact the construction company to eliminate them.

It is worth deciding when to start the repair. In the first two to three years, any house will shrink, which will affect the condition of the walls, ceilings, and floors.

Therefore, major repairs with expensive finishing are not recommended during this period.

It is worth considering that brick houses experience the greatest shrinkage; monolithic buildings are not subject to this problem.

But if there is no need to make any major changes to the premises, such as the construction of new partitions and walls, you can begin repairs immediately.

There is a large selection of finishing materials that are not highly sensitive to possible changes in surfaces. For example, suspended ceilings or linoleum.

Often in unfinished apartments there are communications installed, double-glazed windows installed and doorways filled. This makes further actions much easier.

Initial stages

Initially, after inspecting the apartment, you need to think about the layout of the new home.

Perhaps the owner will decide to change the location of the interior partitions and move utilities to another location.

If these requirements exist, you will have to draw up a redevelopment project and coordinate it with the relevant structures.

If there is no agreed project, problems with the sale of such housing may arise in the future.

The owner of the apartment will be confident that all redevelopment work will be carried out correctly, in accordance with all construction standards and regulations.

When solving the problem of where to start renovating an apartment without finishing, you should not forget about drawing up a design project for your future housing.

To do this, you can contact a professional designer or create sketches and drawings yourself.

First of all, you need to decide what the owner wants to get as a result.

A design project will allow you to see the result more clearly, and if necessary, you can make appropriate adjustments.

These documents allow you to more accurately draw up estimates and determine the budget for future repairs.

At this stage the following are determined:

  • What materials are needed for repairs;
  • Cost of finishing materials;
  • What plumbing will be needed;
  • Funds for the work (especially when a team will be hired to carry out the work);
  • Do not forget about the costs of cleaning the premises after renovation, since it presents a certain complexity.

Ultimately, you will get an approximate amount that will have to be prepared for repairs. More accurate costs can be determined during the work process.

The work plan must be worked out carefully, right down to the smallest details– from the location of partitions and walls to the color of the tiles in the bathroom.

This will allow you to communicate with the masters in essence. The plan must include the following information:

  • What furniture will be chosen;
  • Furniture placement locations;
  • Types and location of lighting fixtures;
  • Places for installing household appliances;
  • What plumbing equipment to buy, where it will be installed.

It is necessary to decide which company will perform the work. Perhaps an agreement will be concluded with private craftsmen.

You can make repairs yourself only if the owner is confident in his knowledge and has the necessary skills. This will significantly reduce financial costs.

Rough finish

The dirtiest work is done first. This includes dismantling surfaces, possibly widening doorways, and punching holes for technological needs in walls.

All waste is removed from the premises, then the necessary construction materials are transported to the premises.

It is better to start work from technical premises, and then you can move on to living rooms.

The main stages of rough finishing work include:

Installation of interior partitions, replacement if necessary, filling window and door openings.

All protective films must remain on profiles, windows, doors until the repair is completed!

A water supply and drainage system is being created, wiring is being done throughout the apartment, and an electrical panel is being installed.

Preparation of floors - insulation, creation of screed up to 8 centimeters thick with a reinforcing layer.

The screed is poured at the same time, otherwise it may crack and delaminate.

After pouring, you need to let it harden, this takes up to 7 days.

Leveling wall surfaces. Plaster is most often used; it allows not only to level the walls, but also to make the corners extremely even.

At the same time, electrical wiring is done to the locations of sockets and switches, television, Internet, and telephony cables are laid.

In the bathroom and work area In the kitchen the walls are tiled.

Ceiling leveling. Multi-level and stretch ceiling installed during the same period. Wires are laid to connect lighting fixtures.

Rough finishing works include glazing and finishing of loggias.

It is advisable for the owner of a new apartment to know the main stages and their content, regardless of who is doing the repairs.

This will allow him to check the correctness and quality of the work performed. Otherwise, a situation may arise when the result does not please the owner.

Another useful video

Buying a fresh apartment in a newly built multi-storey building, you get literally bare walls and communications in a budget design. It is clear that you will have to bring it into a habitable state yourself or with the help of hired personnel. Regardless of whether you begin to make major repairs in a new building with your own hands or contact specialists, you need to have a good understanding of the sequence of work so as not to spend extra money on alterations. Hence our goal - to tell you how to renovate a new home step by step from scratch to finishing.

Where to start repair work

Not at all from plaster, as a person ignorant of construction will immediately say. High-quality repair Turnkey apartments are not an easy procedure, requiring an integrated approach and planning. Otherwise, its final cost will be exorbitant. You need to start with an audit: find out what has already been done in the apartment and does not require improvement, and determine what elements need to be changed (for example, cheap windows or unnecessary interior partitions). Then create a plan that reflects all stages of the process.

The original condition of the home in a new building

Introducing the universal step by step instructions which should be followed for successful implementation renovations in a new building:

  1. Project development, selection of materials and budgeting.
  2. Preparing the facility for repair work. Calling measurements for doors and windows, laying utility networks on the floor.
  3. Leveling ceilings, priming and painting. Construction of new partitions (if necessary).
  4. Waterproofing the ceiling in the bathroom, applying plaster to the walls and preparing the floors for the installation of a rough screed.
  5. Installation of doors and windows, glazing of balconies and loggias. Replacement of heating devices, filling of screed on beacons.
  6. Laying utility networks - pipes, electrical wiring and freon routes for the air conditioner in the furrows of the plaster. Installation of toilet installation.
  7. Priming and sanding walls, finishing balconies. Installation of a bathtub and various plumbing elements hidden behind the casing. Tiling the bathroom.
  8. Cleaning the surface of the screed and adjusting it using self-leveling mixtures.
  9. Applying primer to walls and wallpapering. Final finishing ceiling.
  10. Laying flooring, installing internal doors, built-in furniture and skirting boards.
  11. Installation of sockets, switches and finishing plumbing – sinks, toilets and so on.

Advice. Decide how many items from the list you are ready to implement on your own, and what work is best entrusted to builders or communications installers. Then find out the price of these services and include them in the estimate.

Why it is important to follow exactly this procedure when arranging a new apartment, a famous master will tell you in his video:

Preparatory stage

This includes the first 2 points of the presented list. The project and estimate are where you should start renovating a new building in order to clearly understand your costs and deadlines for completing finishing work. Design in your case is drawing sketches and thinking through cladding options in order to optimally select materials.

Advice. In the first years after construction, the building shrinks, so for the initial arrangement of housing it is better to get by inexpensive materials. After a few years, it won’t be a shame to replace them with better ones.

It all starts with garbage collection

The project should include the type of cladding, its quantity and even dimensions tiles and wallpaper, so that less waste is left when applying the sticker. Visit several stores and select suitable finishes along with fittings and installation elements. If necessary, redesign the rooms and make the doorways wider. Then begin preparatory work in the following sequence:

  • 1. Provide lighting in all rooms, power supply for tools and water supply.
  • 2. Bring cleaning tools and bags for construction waste, buy protective equipment (respirators, gloves) and protective clothing.
  • 3. Remove unnecessary partitions, cheap radiators and windows, widen doorways.
  • 4. Remove dust and construction garbage. In a one-room or two-room apartment you can handle this task yourself, and for homes large area It is worth engaging a specialized team for the removal of waste construction materials.

Expanding the opening is not an easy task, it is necessary to install reinforcement

Note. If the developer has laid heating lines made of polypropylene, they should also be dismantled. In data polymer pipes there is a bad feature of leaking at joints 1-3 years after poor-quality installation (and you cannot check it). Therefore, it is not recommended to lay them in a monolithic screed.

Not the best wiring option for embedding

Measurers from companies that sell windows and doors should be invited at the beginning of the renovation, because they require 1-2 weeks for production. If you want to order furniture for the kitchen, then the craftsmen should also be called at the preparation stage so that they have time to communicate their requirements for plumbing and electrical connections to certain points.

After dismantling the economical heating option in the form PPR pipes New lines need to be laid in the floor. To carry out this work, it would be correct to buy high-quality pipes made of metal-plastic or polyethylene and invite specialists who know all the nuances of such installation. You will get more information on this topic from the following video:

Ceiling finishing

This procedure should begin with sealing the joints between floor slabs, which are traditionally not laid very evenly. The technology for aligning seams is described in detail in our resource. The next step is applying primer deep penetration for the purpose of surface preparation and dust removal.

Important point. If you are rebuilding room partitions, for example, making a studio apartment, then their construction should precede the cladding of the ceilings.

It is convenient to do priming with a roller on a long handle

There are several ways to quickly finish the ceiling at minimal cost:

The first two options are good for corridors, balconies and kitchens, but in the living room and bedroom they look too ordinary. A common method is finishing ceilings in a new building. foam panels, easily done with your own hands. There is a simple technology: the tiles are glued to the prepared surface along diagonal lines drawn between opposite corners. The result is quite decent, as shown in the photo.

Advice. The final covering of the ceilings is carried out after plastering the walls, so these processes will have to be alternated.

At the same stage, waterproofing of the ceiling in the bathroom is done. The procedure is simple: fill the unevenness with cement mortar, prime it thoroughly and apply a waterproofing agent with a wide brush. polymer mixture. It is necessary to apply 2 layers with a break for drying, and protective covering should go onto the walls, as shown in the photo.

How to repair walls with plaster

We are considering this method interior decoration for two reasons:

  1. High-rise buildings take several years to shrink, which is why different places cracks form. Eat Great chance that expensive repairs will be ruined.
  2. Due to cheap plumbing materials and poor-quality installation from the developer, breakthroughs and flooding of apartments are possible at first. The result is similar.

To plaster the walls you will need a ready-made mortar based on cement or gypsum, reinforcing mesh - serpyanka and deep-penetrating primer. IN panel house You must first seal the rusts between the slabs (especially in the corners) with cement mortar. Then the sequence of work is as follows:

  • 1. Remove as much dust as possible from the surfaces and apply primer in 2 steps. On smooth concrete walls, make notches with a chisel for better adhesion to the mortar.
  • 2. Taking advantage building level, install beacons from metal profiles in increments of 1.5 m, fixing them with gypsum mortar.
  • 3. Prepare plaster mixture and apply the first layer with a trowel, leveling it with a grater. Then press the mesh into the solution and, after setting, apply a second layer, stretching the mixture as a rule to the level of the beacons.

When the surface hardens a little, you should remove the beacons and seal the remaining grooves. The last operation is grouting, which is performed to finally level the wall, as shown in the video:

While the plaster in the rooms is hardening, they must be installed entrance doors and all windows are glazed. The next stage according to the plan is the preparation of floors and...

Filling the screed

The technology for installing a concrete floor is similar to plastering, only it is done with a cement-sand mortar (it is better to purchase a ready-made mixture). The set of tools is similar: a level bar, beacons, a mixer for a drill and a trowel. The correct screed in a new building is done like this:

  1. Carefully coat the cleaned and leveled surface with primer.
  2. Take a little dry mixture, add gypsum powder there for quick hardening and make a small batch of the solution. Use it to place beacons made of galvanized profiles at intervals of 1-1.5 m.
  3. Prepare a working cement-sand mortar and lay it on the floor, stretching it according to the rule. Pay special attention to the corners of the room.
  4. After 12-14 hours, when the screed has set, use the same rule to clean off the excess mixture, then remove the beacons and seal the marks on the surface.

Metal beacons for pouring

Note. The height of the screed in the bathroom should be 3-5 cm lower than in the rest of the apartment. It is recommended to reinforce a thick layer of mortar (over 80 mm) with masonry mesh.

Subsequently, when the concrete floors have completely hardened, they can be further leveled with a special mixture and prepared for laying laminate or other material. This operation is performed after finishing the ceilings. The screed device is clearly demonstrated in the video:

Installation of utility networks

Work on laying communications is divided into 2 stages - rough and finishing. The first is done after plastering and pouring the screed, the second - after finishing. Rough installation includes the following operations:

Advice. When extending cables, do not forget about low-current networks - twisted pair for the Internet and cable television, alarms and video surveillance. These types of wiring should also be hidden in the walls and then the corresponding connectors should be brought out at the right points.

If you plan to install a household split system in your apartment, then there is no better time to install freon pipes. Together with the air conditioner technician, determine the suspension points of the external and internal units, and then lay lines of the required diameter between them, hiding them in the grooves of the walls, as done in the photo.

The final installation of utility networks is the installation of plumbing fixtures and room sockets with switches. His turn is one of the last on the list: work is carried out after finishing (pasting wallpaper and tiles, covering ceilings).

Conclusion

If you look at the repair plan for a new building, it becomes clear that each type of work - plastering, screeding, panel finishing - is not carried out entirely, but in parts. For example, it is not advisable to lay laminate on floors until the cladding of ceilings and walls is completed, otherwise the material may be damaged. That is why it is important to follow the sequence of work, then you won’t have to redo anything.

  • area of the apartment (calculation of the price of any repair and construction activities is tied to square meter);
  • list and scope of necessary work (they are determined after drawing up technical specifications, taking measurements and are reflected in the estimate);
  • categories of rough materials used and complexity of the project (this factor depends on the type of repair chosen by the customer).

From the Fundament company you can order three types of repairs in a new building, which differ in complexity and price:

  1. Standard (typical)
  • Budget renovation without a project or redevelopment, during which inexpensive rough materials are used.

Depending on the complexity of the repair, projects can also be developed to control lighting, built-in vacuum cleaner, security and fire alarm etc.

Such documentation is developed within a week, and then, based on it, everything is carried out engineering work:

  • thermotechnical;

Important! As a rule, engineering documentation is part of the interior design project. But if it is not included in a project made by another company, Fundament specialists will quickly develop it.

Stage 3. Civil works

At the stage of general construction work, which begins after the conclusion of a repair contract, the following is carried out:

The functional kitchen-living room is designed in contrasting colors, making the space dynamic and ideal for modern style. And the original “cube”, decorated with purple and black mosaic, is nothing more than a guest bathroom. According to the designers, it looks like an art object, but at the same time it carries an important semantic meaning - large kitchen appliances are built into one of its side walls. This solution allowed us to ergonomically organize the space and expand the functionality of the kitchen.

The secret of comfort

In the photo: Bedroom interior in warm colors

The interior of the bedroom in the photo with an originally designed accent wall at the head of the bed contains elements of loft, minimalism and even colonial style. This combination looks unusual and very impressive. A warm color scheme with a wide range of terracotta and beige shades, a luxurious floor made of wide engineered boards with a decorative bevel, as well as thoughtful lighting gives the room a special coziness.

Functional boundary

In the photo: Rack-partition in the interior of a teenager’s bedroom

A teenager’s room is a multifunctional room that requires proper zoning. In this case, the role of space separator is played by the high bookcase. It visually separates the sleeping area from the rest of the space, but does not prevent penetration sunlight. And the designers decided to support the zoning with the help of light: a built-in LED lamp was placed above the sleeping area, reminiscent of a stained-glass ceiling window, and a track system was placed in the office area.

Difficult terrain

On the picture: Original interior children's room for girls

To smooth out the transition between the ceiling and the wall in the interior of a girl’s children’s room, the craftsmen used arched plasterboard. It was secured to a pre-assembled frame made of metal profiles and complemented by sconces in a modern style, for the connection of which a cable line was laid in advance. And the curtain rod was secured so that it “goes” behind the gypsum plasterboard structure, which added volume to the space.

Exclusive finishing

In the photo: Mosaic decoration in the interior of the guest bathroom

Glass mosaic with a glossy shine and golden segments looks impressive and expensive. Especially in combination with rough plastered surfaces. So the design of the guest bathroom, invented by the authors of this project and skillfully implemented by the finishers of “Fundament”, was doomed to success. Hanging furniture selected by the designers makes cleaning easier, and a mirror with LED backlight eliminates the need to install additional light sources in the wash area.
