Proverbs and sayings. What questions does a psychiatrist ask during a medical examination at work?

At this “reception” I did not try to answer as I would like to be thought of, but as it really is. Everything was fair.

I especially wanted to say thank you to Maxim (aka dpmmax ) for the reception. I hope the diagnosis he makes based on the results of the appointment will also be objective and honest :)

Here are my answers with very minor corrections to my spelling errors - the reception was carried out online and there was no time to adjust or correct anything. .

1. About heredity. Mikhail, you have pregnant women in your family... ugh, I meant - were there bosses?

Hi all!
I’ll warn you right away I will write without periods or commas Capital letter - the beginning of a new sentence
So the answer
There were always some activists and bosses on my father’s side. Not big in status, but always people with an active position.
Grandmother was the head of the village council.
And dad was the head of all social affairs of a large enterprise - he was responsible for ensuring that everything was fine for the employees :)

2. Mikhail, what did you want to become as a child?

Whoever didn’t want to In general, like everyone else
But the most unusual thing is that I became a neurosurgeon when I was 14-16 years old. It was so mysterious and unexplored, but at the same time so close and close.
Surprisingly, my daughter, who is 16, also now wants to become a brain scientist. It’s genes, although she and I practically didn’t talk about it.

3. Mikhail, did you grow up as a calm or hectic child? When was the last time you fought?

I was rather active I was involved in everything I was always doing something, reading I was doing everything very actively
I fought - if you don’t take my periodic boxing lessons (this is of course not a fight, but when a kumpol coach gives it - then of course you understand how hard it is for them in the ring) - then for a very long time. At 19 years old:)
We were standing at a bus stop on the night of January 1 (immediately after the New Year's party) and then a group of drunken ballers approached our university friends.
Well, word for word - we made the mistake of saying that we were from the university - and those guys decided that they could get away with us - we're kind of nerds.
Well, in short, they didn’t succeed - the swing was quite short. The guys ran and promised to return with their comrades. Well, we decided not to wait - and went on foot. It was on the outskirts of Yekaterinburg. Out of harm's way. But the feeling of victory was very inspiring

4. More about heredity and roots. In which country in the world would you like to be born?

I never thought about it. This is very hypothetical.
I started turning it over in my mind. Everywhere has its pros and cons.
But I like Russia. I'm not happy with a lot of things, of course. But I like. Although at short intervals sometimes you just want to leave :)

5. Previously, it was fashionable to “mow” from service. And now? Will you send your son to serve in the army?

Honestly, I wouldn’t want to be in our current state. There are other ways to educate the right qualities in young people.
Well, I’d rather pay taxes so that professionals can serve in the army

6. Everyone starts somewhere, including earning money. How did you earn your first money?

I earned my first money between 7th and 8th grade. On summer holidays. In the old days there was such a program for students - you work in real production and are paid a real salary. Everything is adult. The only thing is 4 hours a day no more.
He swept, painted, picked up trash, carried all sorts of rubbish - well, in general, as a auxiliary worker. Earned my first 40!!! rubles It was decent money back then.
And so then I worked every summer :) After a month and a half of work, I went on my own around the country. Alone or with a friend. It was safe then. As it seemed to me

7. Honest earnings - this is understandable. But. Have you ever stolen?

It would be more convenient for me to answer one question at a time
I'll answer the seventh
Honestly, we had to steal potatoes from the collective farm in the student detachment. It was a shame, but on the other hand, she still disappeared. And then they brought it to their dorm in bulk. And they lived for a whole year. With potato. The most offensive thing is that someone in my dorm also stole a bag of potatoes. In general - where you find it and where you lose it

8. I understand that there must be discipline at work. But. Will you justify an employee for absenteeism because of love?

I’ll probably justify it, of course - But only once. It will greatly reduce the degree of complaint if he also gives an honest warning and does not lie and explains the reason.
But if this happens regularly, then I’m afraid it will be a little difficult for him. After all, other employees and the Company as a whole depend on employees. Therefore, there is clearly no need to abuse it.

9. About money again. How did you make your first million dollars?

Again about money :) You doctor have your own problems, I see

If it’s a one-time deal and in cash, then I earned it at IES, where I was the General Director from the moment of its founding and a shareholder - based on the results of the first three years from the start of the project, the first results appeared.

10. What movie are you ready to watch every day?

Every day - I'm afraid I don't have time, but I really like the movie Gladiator with Russell Crowe. Maximus had everything - fame, recognition and power, but he didn’t need it. Everything was taken away from him and even more - his freedom was taken away. And even in this state, he was great. And then he rose again, being a slave, he was taller than the emperor, and won this unequal duel. Strength of mind
I love.
I watch it often

11. What was the last thing you laughed at?

Yes, we’re all just laughing together here about the fact that it’s not clear who’s diagnosing who :)))

12. A separate question from my youngest daughter: what the hell with them, with princesses - where do they study to become big bosses?

Everywhere
Life teaches you if you look around and learn from your own, or even better, from other people’s mistakes - and at the same time not be afraid - then this school is everywhere
And it’s not a question of being a big boss - but being a leader, that’s cool!!!

13. Which book made the greatest impression on you as a child?

Probably not a book, but books - books by Jules Verne. It was so cool, unusual, scientific at the same time, about another life, about adventures, about heroes, about trials. Eh, I was always late for classes. I'll sit down for the next one. And that's it - it disappeared.

14. Now a little about forecasting ability. Who could be the next president in Russia?

This is where my analytical skills fail. I don't know. Honestly.

15. Well, in general: how does the “harsh” life of a top manager in Siberia differ from the “harsh” life of a top manager in Moscow?

In Moscow you spend more time on the road. When I worked in Irkutsk, it was a five-minute walk to work. Beauty. A different feeling of life. And here it’s at least an hour there and an hour back. Otherwise - nothing :)))

16. A little about the work itself. Do you like Beeline advertising yourself? Do you consider it “youth”?

I like the advertising. She is lively, with humor, with enthusiasm, maybe now she is not exactly a youth person, but our Clients are not only youth.
Svetlakov is great, we recently discussed the feeling of collaboration at the premiere of his latest film.
People in the regions are now asking him about mobile communications- people consider him a professional in this matter :)))
The only thing the guys from Chelyabinsk complain about is advertising. For some reason not from Tagil :)

17. How much has voice traffic in cellular networks decreased in recent years? For example, on average minutes per person? At what speed are you becoming more of a mobile ISP?

Voice traffic is not decreasing - people are not talking less, and there are countries where people talk many times more.
Data usage 2.5 times per Last year- more and more people are using it and integrating more and more with the Internet.

18. I will again use my official position to satisfy my personal curiosity. What kind of work and personal cars do you have?

I have a working Jaguar XJ, but I don’t need a personal one. I sold my Aston Martin a couple of years ago because it sat for six months and I didn’t approach it - I didn’t have time. But such a car should drive.
On weekends, I drive with my family in my wife’s car. And that's enough for me.

19. And again about work. Can you tell me why sometimes it feels like mobile operators Are they deceiving their client in small ways? They turn on the buzzer for him “for free”, and if he doesn’t turn it off within a month, he gets a haircut from the sucker for 30 rubles a month. Do you think this practice is hypocritical?

Well, the dial tone is from a different operator :)
But I consider this practice, to put it easier to say, wrong. When I came to telecom, it was one of the most unpleasant discoveries. And after rethinking these approaches, we have completely changed our approaches since January. With the loss of part of the income, of course.
But you can’t do business on this. But I want to say something else - people themselves accustom operators to this - after all, having found themselves in such a situation, in most cases they “forgive” him for it and stay with him. There is a feeling that you can do this all the time - there are no consequences. Therefore the temptation is very great. But we overcame this temptation within ourselves.

20. A bad hedgehog is one who does not dream of becoming an anti-tank. Do you have far-reaching plans yourself? Well, should we take over all cellular communications in Russia? In the world? The planet itself? Galaxy?

I have a dream to make VimpelCom the most beloved cellular company by Customers - but at the same time also the most effective from an economic point of view. And this is a very difficult story.

21. We all have to make difficult decisions from time to time. The most difficult decision as CEO of Beeline - what was it like?

The most difficult thing is to change the ideology and approach to the Client. That is, to designate and defend the direction of movement is much different than it was. And it was not an easy decision, maybe not from the point of view of making such a decision - the hardest thing is its implementation

22. Imagine that you opened a bottle of good wine, and a genie came out and offered you three wishes. What will you wish for? Or call us right away?

I'll call you right away :)

23. Many people have their own phobias. And you? Are you afraid of anything in particular?

I’m actually not afraid of anything. Maybe only for my children - if your child is sick, then you yourself cannot do anything. Nothing more than watching the doctor solve the problem. A terrible feeling of helplessness. Anyone who has experienced this knows. This is something I really wouldn’t want.

24. Work is work, but somehow you need to be distracted and relax, and I will never believe that you are not stressed. So how do you relax and unwind?

I have a hobby - I am a trainer. And so - time with family and children. The best there is. Really. I don’t go to parties much - the only place I’ve been in a couple of years is to see Svetlakov. I watched its premiere. After all, our main advertising hero :)
I love to travel with my family. It's cool. I read a lot on vacation.

25. Do you often get annoyed by your comrades who claim that a nearby antenna cellular communication does it have a harmful effect on them with its rays?

Not often yet. I live in a deserted area :)

26. Again I am curious under the guise of professional interest. What is your salary?

27. Provocative question from a psychiatrist. Do you believe in God?

I don't go to church. But I believe in a guardian angel. It happened several times - as if something was stopping you. And several times it saved lives. After stories like this you start to believe

28. What do you not know how to do, but would like to know how to do?

Hello everyone, I'm on my way home from work. I use a Beeline modem, so I can write in the car. I’ll take this opportunity to get the answers as promised.

I can't sing, but I would really like to. Very. But the bear stepped on my ear several times. Therefore, the best thing I can perform is the song I will kill you boatman... :)

29. What leisure places do you like in Moscow?

I really like the Luzhniki area - it’s green, good, cultural and very calm. There are always few people. You can take a walk, roller skate, breathe some air. This is one of my favorite places in Moscow.

30. What would you do if you didn't have to earn money?

It would work :) This is interesting. This puts it in. New tasks, new people, problems and their solutions.
And I would probably teach others what I know. This is an exciting process - when you need to explain to another person so that he understands, accepts and definitely uses it. My mother is a math teacher - apparently she has it in her...

31. Are you ready to make Beeline the first cellular company in Russia from which its users do not expect tricks?

This is where we are heading...

32. What track or CD will you put on if you feel bad?

Good question.. Got me thinking... Something romantic - Celine Dion probably or Adele
I wrote it just now and thought - I’ll include it like this for myself now. Not because it sucks - I just wanted it

33. Again a provocative question from the psychiatrist: with whom did you last have a drink?

And I don't drink at all...
This is where the doctor begins to have doubts.
I never drank alcohol at all.
So, here the doctor begins to have serious suspicions about the adequacy and honesty of the patient
No, indeed, those who know me well will confirm this...
That's why they drank - it's not with me. Who I was with when the person was drinking was my wife. She and I were on vacation in Rome - she had a glass of wine. Well, not just one - a couple...

34. Here the nice nurses asked me to ask: how much does your suit and your watch cost?

I don't wear a watch - it doesn't last me long. I don’t know why, but everyone doesn’t go.
The phone replaces my watch very well. And it costs much less - and it can do something else.
The suit costs about four thousand dollars. Sorry - but this is an expensive work uniform. We have to conform. On other days I dress much more modestly.

35. Again about your work. Name 5 improvements that have occurred in Beeline since your arrival.

Changed ideology and attitude towards the Client
Deep cultural changes have begun within the Company - first of all, we ourselves must change
We formed a new serious and result-oriented team
Raised morale and mood in the team - this is important, nothing can be done without it
We did a lot of good things for our Clients in the first quarter - and this is just the beginning. It will be more interesting later...

36. And another question about work. Have you set a beautiful, measurable development goal for VimpelCom for yourself or the shareholders, what is this goal?

We've already decided on a beautiful one. With what is being measured, we are now further defining it. Here you have to think through everything and calculate it...
We'll tell you as soon as we're ready...

37. My wife (she’s also a bookworm) asks: what book are you reading now?

I will have a boring answer.
I’ll tell you which one I just finished: The First 90 days (Michael Watkins) - I was preparing for my own training for our employees (conducted on Saturday). A book about what to do and what not to do in the first 90 days in a new position :)
There is a catastrophic lack of time for fiction.

38. The eldest daughter also decided to be curious. Who would you like to apologize to and for what?

Personal question if not answered formally
I would ask the older children for forgiveness. Now their son is 20 and his daughter is 16. I spent little time with them, worked a lot and worked away from home. I have a very good relationship with them, but only now I understand how much they missed me. Especially during certain periods of their lives.

That's it

39. I don’t remember who asked me to ask this question, but oh well. Is sexuality education required in school?

It may be necessary. But I wouldn't introduce it. There is no one to teach it. Knowing firsthand average age teachers - it is not clear who will teach it to children who already have access to the Internet and can teach the teachers themselves a lot. At least they have a lot of theoretical preparation for the time when they need to teach it. Moreover, they are much more interested in this from the point of view of the subject itself than from the teacher himself.
So it will be more funny and inconvenient for the teacher than useful for the children.

40. And one last question to complete my list. Did I bother you too much with questions?))

Good questions. These are not usually asked in regular interviews. I liked the process of answering - it makes you think about something, remember something, smile somewhere, be sad somewhere :)

Thank you Maxim for the format and for your time
As I understand, between asking questions, you also saw patients :)
Have a nice evening already

how to answer psychological tests?

Often, for fun or for the purpose of self-knowledge, we answer psychological tests... sometimes we are simply forced to answer them when applying for a job... so why not understand the secrets of psychological testing?

Psychological test No. 0 Response bias(I think this test is generally the most important)
If you do not know how to correctly answer such questions, your psychological testing will be completely pointless:
Do you ever have a bad mood?
Are you sometimes wrong?
Sometimes you make mistakes?
Does it happen that you offend your loved ones?
Does it ever happen that you can't concentrate?
Sometimes you don't have time to do everything?

Do you have bad days?
==============
If you answer no more than 1-2 times to such questions? This means that you have a tendency to not tell the truth about yourself - and this means that you may not even pass an interview with a psychologist when applying for a job... this means that you are not objective about yourself... this means that it is generally pointless for you to answer psychological tests ! You lie too often and your test results will often be biased.

Psychological test No. 1. Your favorite colors - test Luscher
You need to arrange the cards different colors in order, starting from the most pleasant to the most unpleasant. What does it mean? This test aims to determine emotional state. Each card symbolizes a person’s needs:
red color - need for action

yellow - the need to strive for a goal, hope

green - the need to assert oneself;
blue - the need for affection, constancy;
purple - escape from reality;
brown - need for protection;
black - depression.
The arrangement of the cards means the following: the first two are a person’s aspirations, 3 and 4 are the true state of affairs, 5 and 6 are an indifferent attitude, 7 and 8 are antipathy, suppression.
Key for the test: the first four must be red, yellow, blue, green- in what order exactly is not so important. Arranging the cards in order close to the original one paints a portrait of a purposeful, active person

Psychological test No. 2. Drawing lesson
You are asked to draw a house, a tree, a person. What does it mean? It is believed that this is how a person can demonstrate his self-perception to the world. In this psychological test, every detail matters: the location of the drawing on the sheet (located in the center, a proportional drawing indicates self-confidence), a single composition of all objects indicates the integrity of the individual, what type of object will be displayed.
It is also important what is drawn first: house - the need for security, a person - self-obsession, a tree - the need for vital energy. In addition, the tree is a metaphor for aspirations (oak - self-confidence, willow - on the contrary - uncertainty); a person is a metaphor for how other people perceive themselves; house is a metaphor for a person’s perception of himself (a castle is narcissism, a rickety hut is low self-esteem, dissatisfaction with oneself).
Key: Your drawing should be realistic and proportional. To demonstrate your sociability and willingness to work in a team, do not forget about the following details: the road to the porch (contact), the roots of the tree (connection with the team), windows and doors (kindness and openness), the sun (cheerfulness), fruit tree(practicality), pet (caring).

Psychological test No. 3. Story
You are shown pictures depicting people in various life situations and asked to comment on: what is happening; what a person is thinking about; why does he do this?
What does it mean? Based on the interpretation of the pictures, it is possible to determine the leading life scenarios of a person, in other words, “whoever hurts is the one who talks about it.” It is believed that a person projects the situations in the pictures onto his life and reveals his fears, desires, and view of the world. So, for example, if a picture shows a person crying or laughing, then it is expected that when you comment on it, you will talk about your reasons for joy or sadness.
Key: You need to control your answers and interpret the pictures in the most positive way possible.

Psychological test No. 4. Blob
- Rorschach test
You are shown pictures of a shapeless blot (usually symmetrical) and asked to tell you what you see. What does it mean? This psychological test is somewhat similar to the previous one; it also reveals your true attitude towards the world. A positive interpretation of pictures (for example, people communicating) speaks of you as an active, sociable, positive person; a negative interpretation (you saw a monster, a dangerous animal in the blot) indicates that you have a lot of unreasonable fears or deep stress.
Key: if you associate a picture with something clearly negative, comment on it in a neutral way. For example, don’t say, “I see people arguing,” but say, “People are communicating emotionally.”

Psychological test No. 5. IQ test

You are asked to answer several questions (from 40 to 200) of different directions in a certain period of time (from 30 minutes) - from mathematical problems to logical puzzles. What does it mean? These psychological tests are designed to determine the so-called Intelligence Quotient. Although their effectiveness is increasingly being questioned (if a person has low scores, this does not necessarily mean that he is stupid, perhaps he has unconventional thinking or is simply simply inattentive), the tests have maintained and increased their popularity for many years. Eysenck's IQ tests are the most common.
Key: Be as careful as possible, there are a lot of trick questions. If time is running out and there are still a lot of questions, don’t leave them unanswered, write down the answers at random, you’ll probably guess something.

================
If you are taking tests when applying for a job, be calm during the interview... but don’t be indifferent - your motivation should be present but it should not go off scale....

The most important! Don't focus on tests at all.
The more unconventional you are, the more original you think, the less the tests tell the truth about you.
Teachers in high school The physicist Einstein and the inventor Edison were considered mentally retarded...
Who remembers these teachers now... and who turned out to be right in the end?

On various forums, threads appear every now and then in which indignant people post a list of what they consider to be tricky questions, such as those asked by a psychiatrist during a medical examination. But it is important to understand that the specialist is not sitting in his office for fun, and certainly not for the sake of your humiliation.

The task of a psychiatrist is to soberly assess your adequacy, and often a visit to him is required in the case when a person will have direct contact with other people in the future. Let's find out what questions a psychiatrist asks during a medical examination (on driving license, on weapons, on work).

Why is this necessary?

An ordinary citizen without psychiatric training will not be able to recognize an unbalanced or violent person in a crowd. Those who managed to obtain certificates through roundabout methods, albeit not entirely legal ones, are surprised what questions the psychiatrist asks at the medical examination. But it is this specialist who will be able to recognize a person with mental disabilities if he only talks a little with him.

Most people prone to aggression, schizophrenia, and disorders live among us. Long years, and sometimes throughout life, the disease may not manifest itself. They start families, give birth to children, run businesses and communicate well with others, but one crucial moment can change your friend, and yourself, for the worse.

Before finding out what questions a psychiatrist asks at a medical examination, it is important to understand that only this specialist is able to protect the population from the danger to which you may be exposed if an unbalanced or emotionally unstable person receives a weapons permit, a driver’s license, a certificate for working with big amount people (both adults and children).

We pass on the license

Let's find out what questions a psychiatrist asks at a medical examination to replace or obtain a license. It is possible to prepare for an interview with a specialist, but only partially. As a rule, because the employee initially asks simple questions about the use of prohibited substances or alcohol, were there any injuries, are you registered somewhere, etc. If the specialist understands that he needs to ask a few more leading questions, then he may ask:

  1. “Explain the difference between relatives and family members?”
  2. “What is the difference between an electric train and a tram?”
  3. “Find similarities in two different objects, such as a pencil and a shoe.”

Some municipal and private institutions have computers or psychological tests such as the Rorschach test. The main task of the specialist is to find out how adequate his patient is, because the driver must be able to navigate difficult situations, have a good reaction and realize that many lives lie in his hands, including his.

Standard physical examination

It doesn’t matter whether you work with people or in complete isolation, because visiting a clinic for the sake of a medical book is required condition. Therefore, many are interested in what questions a psychiatrist asks during a medical examination at work:

  • It all starts with a standard survey: do you smoke, drink, are there any injuries, are there any complaints.
  • The more dangerous the profession, the more difficult the verification will be. But seeing a psychiatrist, even if you are a plumber, is important.
  • As a rule, to undergo a medical examination at work, you need to go to a clinic. There is always a lot of turnover there, so psychiatrists usually don’t ask patients, too many tricky questions. But sometimes you still have to use logical thinking to explain the difference between an airplane and a bird.

To obtain a weapons license

Another popular topic on the forums, which we dealt with, is what questions a psychiatrist asks during a medical examination for weapons. It is important to understand here that before issuing a license for the right to purchase cold or firearms, the specialist must be 100 percent convinced of the adequacy of his patient. That is why the psychiatrist has every right to ask tricky, logical, strange questions that drive people into a stupor:

  • Firstly, when passing the commission, you will be “studied”. If you are registered with the PND, then the permission will not be signed, because this already indicates the presence of a mental diagnosis (even if you are absolutely harmless and ended up in the dispensary due to a busy schedule at work).
  • Secondly, if you have any psychiatric diagnosis, then you need to go to the PND, undergo an examination, and then receive a certificate stating that you are completely healthy. In some cases, you need to be removed from the account you were previously on.

So what questions does a psychiatrist ask at a medical examination:

  1. “A brother’s father or a father’s brother - what’s the difference?”
  2. “How many fingers are there on one hand? And on the other?
  3. “Which is heavier - a kilogram of iron or a kilogram of cotton wool?”
  4. "How do hedgehogs reproduce?"

And here it is important to understand that everything depends on the specialist himself. If he considers it necessary to ask a series of tricky questions, then he will do it. The main thing is to behave calmly, balanced and adequately.

What is the point of the questions

It's not that the psychiatrist is amused by how stupid his patient looks when he thinks about what a pencil and a shoe have in common. Your reaction is much more important. Most people believe that when they come to the clinic for a medical examination, the specialist will simply put a stamp and say: “Free! Next!”

Responsible psychiatrists who decide whether you can cope with a weapon or during a fire in the Ministry of Emergency Situations may not only ask unusual questions about hedgehogs, airplanes and family ties, but also conduct various tests, test your reaction, lift you from your chair and force you to walk around the room with your eyes closed.

When people hear another question about fathers, children, family trees, they begin to divide into two halves: the first calls the specialist “stupid” and “fool,” while the others draw a logical chain, turning to facts and knowledge. And it is the latter who, as a rule, receive the certificate in the end.

But it all also depends on the significance of your medical examination. If you want to join the armed forces, you will be scrutinized. And for those who are worried about what questions a psychiatrist asks during a medical examination, in practice, you can calmly exhale. The main thing there is to confirm that you are not registered with the PND, have not previously been involved, have not been convicted, do not use drugs and do not have any pathological addictions that can harm others and put them in danger.

Stop worrying

There's nothing worse than anxiety. The main thing is to understand one truth: you can make mistakes, you can answer incorrectly, but you cannot be rude or insult a specialist.

If you are a very impressionable person, then under no circumstances read news reports before visiting a psychiatric office, and also do not discuss this issue on forums. In most cases, you will find unpleasant responses where people share their negative experiences. But why scare yourself if the likelihood that they will ask tricky questions is less than 5 percent?

Don't be afraid to make mistakes

The psychiatrist may ask a security question that will drive you into a dead end. You need to answer it as simply as possible, without being afraid to reason out loud or give any arguments. The main fear of many people is: “If I answer incorrectly, the psychiatrist will register me with the PND.” Not at all. Psychiatrists are the same people who understand that there are individuals who experience, worry or do not have critical thinking. But if you start attacking the specialist, throwing your hands around and insulting him, then you may not be able to get a certificate or permission.

Finally

Remember that before you get to the psychiatrist's office, he will already know everything about you. past life- whether you were involved, whether you are registered, etc. Most of the questions are a pure formality, a duty that must be fulfilled by a specialist at his post.

Proverbs and sayings are arranged alphabetically.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE OF A PROVERB FROM A PROVERB? Everything is very simple:

A proverb is an independent complete sentence that carries meaning. (Example: You can't even pull a fish out of a pond without difficulty. There's a meaning? Yes - to get results, you need to make an effort.)

A proverb is a word or phrase (two or three words) that characterizes a person, an action, or some situation. It is practically not used independently. Used in conversations for variety, humor, characterization of a person, or action. (Example: Easy to find - as soon as they remembered him, he appeared. Slurping not salty - come back with nothing. Fool around - do nothing, pretend.)

P.S. All decoding of the meaning of proverbs and sayings are exclusively subjective and do not claim to be the Universal Truth, and are also copyright property, which is protected by the Copyright Law. When using material in other sources, be sure to link to this site.

Have fun!

And Vaska listens and eats. (Quote from I. A. Krylov’s fable. The meaning of the saying is that one speaks, explains, explains, tries to “get through to Vaska,” but Vaska turns a deaf ear to everything and does everything in his own way.)

And nothing has changed. (Quote from I. A. Krylov’s fable. The meaning of the saying is that despite all the conversations and promises on any matter, nothing has been done except chatter.)

Where is the cabbage soup, look for us here too (Russian proverb means that a person tries to strive for where it is good, where there is a well-fed, rich life.)

And the casket simply opened. (Quote from I.A. Krylov’s fable. It is said in a case when in fact everything was much simpler than people thought and did.)

And at least grass won’t grow there. (The meaning of the saying is that the person who said this phrase expresses complete indifference to what will happen after his action or any situation, and to those who will suffer as a result of his actions.)

Perhaps, yes, I suppose. (The meaning of the saying is that the person speaking it does not want to do anything himself to improve or correct the situation, but simply waits for how the situation will develop further on its own, without his participation. To be honest, a couple of times in Life this attitude to the matter has helped out, but only a couple of times....)))). In many cases, this attitude leads to bad consequences.)

You can see the diamond in the dirt. (The proverb means: no matter how you look, but if you worthy man, then people will appreciate it with respect for you.)

Appetite comes with eating. (They say this when there is no desire to do something. The point is that as soon as you start a business, the desire to continue it will definitely come on its own.)

April with water - May with grass. (The meaning of the proverb is that if in early spring there will be a lot of rain, then all plants and crops will grow very well.)

Treatment:

Add up the points corresponding to the numbers of statements written in the column under the name of behavior style.

Compare the scores of all styles with each other; The style of behavior that received the highest number of points is your style of behavior in a conflict situation.

Interpretation:

1st type “turtle”. People of this type have a great desire to hide from problems under a “shell”. These are representatives of positive conservatism, they are valuable because they never lose their goal. In a calm situation a person of this type supports you, and in a difficult situation can move away from you.

Type 2 – “shark”. For people of this type, the main thing is their goal, their work. They do not care about the attitude of their colleagues (“Your love is of no use to me”). A smart leader respects the focus of the “shark” - you just need to limit its claims. “Sharks” are very important for the team, because, moving towards their own goal, they can lead the team out of a difficult situation.

Type 3 – “bear cub”. People of this type try to smooth out rough edges so that everyone in the team treats each other well. Knowing the concerns and interests of everyone, they will serve tea on time, give flowers on your birthday, sympathize, and support you in difficult times. But at the same time, they can completely forget the ultimate goal of their activity, because human relationships are the most important for them.

4th type – “fox”. People of this type always strive to reach a compromise. They not only want everyone to feel good, they become active participants in any activity. But in a relationship, the “fox” can deviate from the main commandments (they use the principle “if you don’t grease, you won’t go”).

Type 5 – “owl”. These are honest and open people. Representatives of this type will never dodge or avoid the fight; they can sacrifice good relations for the sake of the chosen goal. Their strategy is honest and open struggle, honest and open purpose.

In connection with the standardization of work and the development of the influence of psychology and psychiatry, many enterprises are introducing into their practice a psychological examination of most groups of people who, for one reason or another, interact with society: candidates for positions, service workers, teachers, schoolchildren. The situation is associated with increasing cases of industrial conflicts and even disasters associated with the unfavorable psychological background of an employee or the team as a whole. HR specialists have developed a multifaceted psychophysiological assessment, borrowed from the experience of clinicians, psychiatrists and counseling psychologists. In the foreseeable future, such a program promises many research prospects and improvement of the work of certain services.

Practice of techniques in HR. Is it that scary?

In most cases, methods for psychodiagnostics are offered to respondents when applying for a job that requires certain psychological parameters: resistance to stress, moral standards, communication skills. The employer’s desire to get an employee “healthy, beautiful, sociable, without bad habits» creates whole line obstacles on the way of an unemployed person to his position. However, the expectations of businessmen interested in their own profits are certainly justified and create the necessary level of competition. As a rule, responsible persons and senior employees are offered to undergo a psychophysiological examination. The need for this procedure is due to the need to quickly find out what potential lies in a future employee, and “whether the game is worth the candle.”

In addition, many techniques help to identify employees’ motivation to work and help improve the enterprise’s management system. Managers who do not skimp on a psychological coach or an experienced HR specialist rarely face the problem of staff leaving or the hiring of employees who are unable to fulfill their job responsibilities.

Psychophysiological examination: Ministry of Internal Affairs, law enforcement agencies and army

Great attention is paid to testing in law enforcement agencies that have connections with deviant and criminal populations. In this case, a full examination is carried out not only upon hiring, but also with a certain frequency during the period of adaptation and further service. Special attention paid by employees of the Federal Drug Control Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. These structures automatically issue “red cards” to applicants who have even minor psychological deviations, or who have had dealings with a narcologist or psychiatrist.

In this case, management needs not only a psychophysiological examination, but also complete anthropometric data. The famous proverb “In healthy body– a healthy mind”, as interpreted by HR specialists in the case of hiring a new employee, sounds like “Both the body and the psyche must be ready for stress.” And the loads are often colossal. That is why personnel officers use psychophysiological examinations: tests and projective techniques that allow them to identify the necessary psychometric parameters.

Luscher color test

The breadth of its application is due to the speed of the study and fairly accurate interpretation of the results. The subject is asked to arrange the colored cards in a row, based on personal preferences. At the beginning of the row there is a card with the most pleasant color for the test subject. Next are the colors that you like less (in descending order). As a result, the series should end with the least pleasant color for the subject.

Advantages: speed, ease of interpretation, ability to automate the process.

Disadvantages: Possibility of giving socially desirable answers. The technique cannot serve as a battery (basic) one.

Drawing test

Is very effective, but quite labor intensive diagnostic method. A candidate for the position must complete a creative task related to drawing an object or group of objects (“Non-existent animal”, “House, tree, person”). The psychologist evaluates the pressure on the pencil, the location of objects, the geometry of the drawing, the emphasis on certain features of the drawing (eyes, structure, plants, animal fur, etc.).

Advantages: very effective projective psychophysiological examination. In the hands of an experienced psychologist it becomes a real “psychic microscope”. Using the drawing, a very wide range of psychological parameters is determined. The subject cannot give a socially desirable answer,

Disadvantages: labor-intensive process, impossibility of automation using a computer.

Psychophysiological examination of intellectual abilities

The use of intelligence quotient (IQ) testing is a controversial issue in hiring. Psychologists note that respondents with high scores may be ineffective, while respondents with low scores may be highly effective. And vice versa. This means that methods for determining IQ cannot give a complete answer to the question of professional suitability. Many businessmen do not take this fact into account, introducing discrimination based on intellectual abilities into the personnel policy of the enterprise. From this, by the way, they lose more than they gain. But it’s still worth considering popular methods.

Eysenck test

The test taker is asked to solve a number of problems within a certain period of time (depending on the version of the test). The data obtained by the psychologist is checked against the key, and the subject receives an assessment of his intellectual abilities. Most of the respondents have an IQ ranging from 90 to 110.

The tests of D. Wexler and J. Raven are identical to the Eysenck test in obtaining results and processing.

Benefits: Providing a picture of IQ for a relatively short term. Possibility of automation of the technique.

Disadvantages: the validity of the methodology for determining professional suitability is questionable.

To summarize the above, it should be remembered that there is no need to be afraid of tests. They reveal only part of the data about our psychological characteristics. If an employer sees a valuable employee in an applicant, he will never refuse to provide the necessary position.

Not my work, but maybe it will help someone.

Psychological tests, passing technique

The first use of psychological testing for hiring began in the United States in the fifties. In Russia, the peak of fashion is psychological techniques during the selection of candidates took place in 2000-2008. It's hard to argue that psychological tests are indeed a reliable source of information, but only in the hands of a professional. For example, in Germany, the employee conducting the test must be a certified psychologist and must explain to the candidate what exactly he is determining. In Russia, a recruiting manager can be an economist or philologist and at the same time confidently process test results and make “diagnoses” for candidates.

So let's get started!

Psychological tests used in the selection of candidates are selected depending on the requirements for the future employee as a professional, team member or manager. Most often, several tests (battery) are selected for testing, covering the most important intellectual, personal, motivational and volitional qualities for a given profession. The most popular techniques can be divided into several groups.

Psychophysiological

During an interview, were you asked to cross out numbers and letters in a row of random numbers and letters within a certain amount of time? Know that you are passing the Bourdon proof test or the Schultz table. The main test subjects: accountants, cashiers, assistant secretaries, salespeople and specialists who need reaction speed, ability to concentrate and resistance to stress in their work. At the end of the test, the completed sheet is checked for errors. If there are a lot of them and, moreover, by the end of testing their number increases, it means that the candidate’s attention is depleted and he is not able to for a long time concentrate on one activity. They prefer to eliminate such accountants or cashiers right away: they are sure to make mistakes during the working day.

How to get: Find a test using an Internet search engine and practice at home: one, two, three... ten times. Even if you are not hired, improving your memory and attention will never be a bad idea.

Personal

Personality tests cause the most serious hostility among candidates; many perceive them as an invasion of personal space. Meanwhile, such questionnaires are quite widely used in personnel selection, as they allow you to look deep into a person: find out his basic needs and interests, motives for behavior, goals and values, and understand how he makes decisions.

One of the popular personality tests that can reveal the basic qualities of a candidate and his potential is the Myers-Briggs questionnaire. The original test contains at least 94 questions and determines people's preferences by selecting answer options from the situation: yes or no. For example, “In your opinion, the biggest disadvantage is being insensitive or unreasonable?” Answers are not graded as right or wrong, the whole test was originally built on the principle “one likes pears, the other likes oatmeal”...

“People who can’t make decisions irritate me,” “I could live away from people,” and 103 other similar statements are suggested by Cattell’s equally popular questionnaire. According to the theory of the English psychologist and founder of the test, any personality is based on 16 main traits: practicality-dreaming, isolation-sociability, self-confidence-guilt, the dynamics of whose development the test will help determine.

One of the shortest personality tests, but not inferior in effectiveness, is the Eysenck test, which allows you to identify the type of temperament and level of emotional stability of candidates. Questions: “Do you prefer books to meeting people?” or “Do you ever have tremors?” also do not provide a variety of answer options.

How to get: Personality tests are considered the most "tricky" ones because they do not contain right or wrong answers. One of the surest ways to pass the test is to find out what kind of candidate the company is looking for and become one for a while. At the same time, be careful, avoiding unnoticed trap questions, the most common of which: the same question, in slightly different wording. It is necessary to ensure that in both cases the answer is the same, otherwise they may be accused of insincerity.

Another type of “traps” are questions: “Do you always pay for travel to public transport? or “Have you ever been irritated?” You shouldn’t answer them the way an ideal person would answer, normal people they don't always do everything right. There's nothing wrong with letting off steam sometimes. But if the critical mass of deception in answers exceeds a certain value, you will be accused of “social desirability.”

Projective

If you were asked to draw a non-existent animal, choose your preferred colors or geometric figure, this means that you are being examined through projective tests.
The simplest test to carry out and obtain results is considered to be the psychogeometric test. Candidates show five geometric shapes: circle, square, rectangle, zizgag and triangle and offer to choose one of them, in relation to which he can say: “Here is a figure that symbolizes me!” Depending on the chosen figure, the subject will be identified as a workaholic, creative person or careerist.

Applicants for positions where they have to interact a lot with other people - sales managers or delivery drivers - are often asked to take the Rosenzweig test. It uses 24 picture cards that depict people in different conflict situations and here is a replica of one of characters, and the subject must come up with what the second participant’s replica could be. Using the test, you can identify how a person reacts to failure and how he manifests himself in conflicts.

You will be asked to choose your preferred color from cards of different colors during the color test Luscher. They take the test twice after a short period of time. According to the founder of the test, the choice of color can show the subject’s focus on a certain activity and the most stable personality traits.

Of all the projective techniques, drawing tests are used least often, since processing the results is a long, labor-intensive process that requires training and experience from a specialist. The main essence of the test: the candidate is asked to draw a non-existent animal or the composition “house, tree, person”, then HR analyzes the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the drawing.

How to get: To pass the Luscher test, you just need to remember correct sequence choice of colors: red, yellow, green, purple, blue, brown, gray, black. And remember, if you repeat it twice perfect order, this will alert the tester, so when re-selecting it is necessary to slightly change the sequence of colors.

In the Rosenzweig test, as in personality tests, you can use the principle of getting used to the image and constructing a phrase not according to the first impulse, but how an ideal candidate would answer.

With drawing tests, you need to remember a few rules for interpreting drawings. Thus, an animal with teeth or protruding sharp corners will be a sign of your conflicting or aggressive disposition. An energetic, confident person draws with clear, smooth lines or strokes with little pressure.

Intelligent

Few of us have not tried to find out our IQ level at home, solving exercises on arithmetic, memorizing numbers, completing pictures, etc. Eichars suggest solving the same well-known and widely used tests to determine the level of intelligence by D. Wechsler and Stanford test batteries -Binet.
Often the average passing score for a company is set at 120 conventional units. At the same time, the intelligence of the average person (IQ) is 100 units (half of the solved problems), and the intelligence of a person who fully answers all the tasks corresponds to 200 units.

In addition to IQ tests, HR can also offer logic tests, which test the ability to separate correct logical consequences from incorrect ones. In tasks, unfamiliar words are often found, such as “kuzdra”, “zapyrka”, “dubarator”, this was done specifically to highlight the ability to logical thinking from other knowledge about the world around us. At first, the tasks may confuse the candidate: “John is always either urping or purring” or “Some lapuchondria are not stable,” but later normal logic takes over.

How to get: In intelligence tests, the main task for the applicant is to score maximum amount points for certain period time. The most common mistakes in such tests are related to inattention and missing tasks for which the answer cannot be found. Basic rules: before starting the solution, carefully read the questions and try to answer all the tasks: even if you don’t know the correct answer, there is always a chance to guess it. And the last thing: training, many of these tests are built on the same principle, and once you understand the task, the second time you will spend much less time on it.

Logic tests have one correct answer, and if you have doubts about your own logic, you can simply memorize the answer options.

Professional

Most often, financiers, accountants, lawyers and programmers are offered to take professional tests to meet the requirements for a vacancy and check a good theoretical basis; this allows them to rank specialists and make their initial screening.

At the same time, many organizations develop their own tests, which makes it possible to increase their reliability and take into account the specifics of the organization and these positions. For example, a lawyer or accountant may be asked to find a solution to a difficult situation that has already happened in the company.

How to get: Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to “cheat” professional tests, especially if the employer compiles them himself. And is it necessary to deceive if we're talking about about your professionalism, which will subsequently need to be confirmed every day.
