Creating infinite sources in Minecraft. Semi-automatic cobble farm based on the pendulum principle Improved cobble generator

Many fans of the game Minecraft have at least once thought about how to create something endless so that it appears again after its destruction. In this article we will talk about how to make a cobblestone generator in Minecraft. This, of course, is not a diamond generator, but cobblestone is an indispensable resource in the game, so endless supplies of this material will not be superfluous to anyone.

Cobblestone Generator Circuit

First you need to build a small structure in the water. In appearance it resembles a kind of staircase in the water. The purpose of this staircase is that lava will flow down it into the water, forming new cobblestones. The staircase should have the following dimensions: three blocks in height, three blocks in length and three blocks in width. After such a staircase is ready, you need to build a similar structure opposite. Those who are at least a little familiar with the physics of the game have already understood how to make a cobblestone generator in Minecraft, and we will explain to the rest. As soon as two such stairs are built, you can safely pour lava into one of them so that it flows into the water, forming more and more cobblestones.

Alternative way

If the method described above on how to make a cobblestone generator in Minecraft does not work, then you can try another method to create a similar design. In order to see the process of generating cobblestones, it is best to use glass blocks. You will also need a water block and a lava block. Initially, we build a structure of glass blocks two blocks high. The entire structure is shaped like the number 8.

How to make such a design? We place glass pillars at a distance of three blocks from each other. Close next to each of the resulting pillars, we create another pillar on the right and left at a distance of one block from each other. Between these structures there should be a space in the shape of a cross measuring 3x3 blocks. We install another block on top of the central part, and first pour lava and then water into the resulting holes. This way, as the water flows down, it will connect with the lava flowing down, creating one block of cobblestone in the lower center part of the structure. Once the block is destroyed, a new one will appear. In general, there are many ways to make an automatic cobblestone generator in the game. To do this, you need to use imagination and knowledge of the physics of the game. Using the interaction of water and lava, you can create a convenient mechanism for generating a valuable resource for construction.

Often, for long-term construction in Minecraft, the player needs to finish off a large amount of building materials. Cobblestone is one of them. It is difficult to mine each block separately. Therefore, it would be wise to use an engineering structure called a cobblestone generator. Building the device is not difficult. All the user needs is a little patience and ingenuity.

Making a cobblestone generator

We make a regular generator in the ground in this way:

We take a pickaxe and start digging. First, we dig a one-block hole in the ground. Then, on the right side of it we dig a distance equal to six more such blocks, and on the left - a hole equal to one block. Next, in front of the initial hole we dig a distance, which is also equal to one block. After that, fill a bucket of lava in the left opening, and a bucket of water in the right. Thus, to form a flow of two liquids opposite each other. When currents collide, cobblestones will be formed. You can pick them up in the free hole in the front, after first breaking the previous block.

If you can’t build a regular generator, you can build a generator from stone or glass blocks. For the first device, the player will need 17 stone blocks, a bucket of lava and water, and for the second - 22 units of glass and a similar amount of liquids.

Hello,

Many of you will probably be surprised by the title of the article (and really, where does the pendulum come from in Minecraft?). I called a pendulum a design with a trolley traveling a circle in N period of time and activating a piston using a pressure rail.

So let's take it in order.

Necessary:
1. Regular piston
2. Lever or button
3. A bucket of lava and water
+ Railroad (not necessarily closed, generator speed is inversely proportional to the size of the subway, but more pressure rails can be installed)
+ Redstone, the quantity depends on you.
+ Glass for the cobblestone generator.

Construction:
1. Place the block and the piston on it (Warning: there should be plenty of space in front of the piston, a ribbon of cobblestones will get in there)

3. We bring the redstone from the piston to the pressure rail from your railway, or we use a special one, like mine.

Then the creeper decided to go for a ride..
.

4. Then, if you want to be able to turn off the generator otherwise than by destroying several blocks, you need to bring the rails to one lever (here the tape is already made, the creeper is a good partner)))

If you do everything correctly, the piston will push out the cobblestones up to a certain point.

Together

Let's summarize =

You can tell me why there was a need to pervert the pendulum design, because there are redstone repeaters and you can set the desired delay on them. But no, the main advantage of this design is that you only need to press the lever once (it’s quite possible that I’m reinventing the wheel now).
The advantage of the fact that the piston pushes the cobblestone out of the generator (I don’t claim copyright) is that you can be distracted and blocks will continue to be generated up to a certain point + you don’t have to painfully choose the angle at which you remove the stone so that the drop does not fall into the lava.

This is my first article. It is aimed at beginners, so I wrote it down.

I'm looking forward to your feedback and criticism.

Good evening, guests of our portal. Editor Sailor is with you and today I will tell you how to make a cobblestone generator in minecraft.

How to make a cobblestone generator in Minecraft

Sometimes, while digging in a mine, you might notice that after the lava comes into contact with water, it forms cobblestone. We will build on this reaction.

Our source will be built from the corresponding elements. That is, we will need water and lava. We make two buckets from six iron ingots. All this is done by smelting iron ore. Next, we run into the same mine and fill one bucket with water and lava in the other.

Now we need to build the base. We need some cobblestones, or other blocks that don't burn. First, we line up three blocks up. Next, we build a circle from below so that there are two blocks inside on each side and one in the center.

It's a small matter. We make the so-called “Fork in the Clave” and go about our business. After half an hour, your chest will most likely be filled with stacks of cobblestones.
