Thus, the specified joint-stock company involves federal, regional and local lands in the construction, carries out activities to attract investors (including through the issuance of mortgage-backed securities). As part of the construction of rental housing, AHML will act as the main investor and use a collective investment tool. AHML funds are indicated as one of the sources of extrabudgetary funding for the project under consideration.
In the future, it is possible to adjust and update the tasks and activities of the JSC. Thus, in essence, AHML acts as the executor of the entire project. The agency has been given a number of tasks and identified the tools by which the goal of the project should be achieved.
