Add flour to the minced meat until you get a non-liquid dough. Outwardly, it will look like regular pancake dough. Now add the egg there and mix thoroughly.

The liver has the ability to retain its minerals even after heat treatment. They are concentrated in the juice that is obtained during cooking. To preserve amino acids, salt the liver already prepared.

Now place the minced meat in a heated frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Use a tablespoon for this, then the pancakes will be of the correct shape and fried well. Fry over medium heat. First, until a golden crust appears, without a lid, then, after turning over, cover with a lid and fry until fully cooked.

The dish should be served with plenty of sour cream and herbs, and, of course, eaten hot. You can eat liver pancakes as a separate dish, or you can serve them with a side dish of green peas or mashed potatoes.

If the dough is not thick enough, add more flour to it.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour the dough into it with a spoon. Fry on both sides like regular pancakes.

Liver pancakes can be served with fried carrots and onions, sour cream, as well as fresh herbs or green peas. Your family will definitely appreciate this original and tasty dish!

Option 2

If you are very serious about preparing dinner, and your household is used to eating meat dish with a side dish, this recipe can be easily transformed to suit your wishes.

For example, if you make the dough steeper, you can get liver cutlets. After lightly frying, it is advisable to simmer them in the same frying pan over low heat under a lid or in the oven for several minutes. These cutlets go well with mashed potatoes and boiled rice.

Option 3

There is another transformation of this universal recipe. You can prepare liver dough as in the previous version, but bake pancakes the size of a frying pan, like pancakes. Then place the pancakes in a baking dish. Layer these “cakes” with sautéed onions and carrots. You can place fried mushrooms between them.

Completely fill the cakes with sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Instead of sour cream, you can make mayonnaise filling, but the calorie content of such a dish will increase sharply, and this is of no use to us. If you want to add some spice to the dish, it is better to add chopped garlic and spices to the sour cream.

Bake the pancakes in the oven, covered, for twenty minutes, and then without a lid, until the cheese is browned. This casserole-cake made from liver pancakes will decorate any festive table, and you will spend very little time preparing it.

Do you think that one dish will not be enough? Try to cook it, it will turn out tender and juicy. And as an addition to it, use sauce, for example, we already wrote about that, go for it! And yes, it will turn out no worse than in a restaurant.
