2. Launch RSD Lite, in the “Filename” field insert the path with the location of the firmware or look for it by clicking on the button with the ellipsis. Click the “Show Device” button to update the list of models. Below, in the left window, information about the connected device will be displayed, in the right window about the selected firmware.
3. If everything is in order, press the “Start” button, after which the firmware will begin. From now on, do not touch the phone under any circumstances or perform any actions on the computer.
4. Wait for the files to download. The “system.img” firmware will take the most time (3-5 minutes). During the process, the smartphone will reboot 1-2 times, do not be alarmed.
5. After finishing, the system will start on the smartphone itself (the first boot is 1.5-2 times longer than subsequent ones), and Pass will be written in the “Result” column. If you still have “In Progress...”, do not touch the device for 5 minutes and then turn it off.
6. If necessary, perform a factory reset (recommended).
If the firmware is not installed successfully, the message “Fail” will be displayed in the “Result” column.
