"Good afternoon! I would like to know more about the activities of the management company and its employees. Tell me if the Days will be held open doors?» - this question, sent by a resident of one of the military camps, anticipated the event by only a few days. LLC "GUZhF" became one of 568 management companies in the Moscow region that took part in the "Open Doors Day" event organized by the State Housing Inspectorate of the Moscow Region.

The event, planned in many management companies and intended more to get acquainted with the activities of service organizations, in the separate “Cuban” division of GUZhF LLC became a real meeting of residents. By the way, about 300 people gathered in Kubinka-8.

The newspaper Vesti Kubinki called this “conversation” chaotic. This is understandable, because the residents came with almost the same questions, but everyone wanted to be listened to. Answers to many of the topics raised were voiced during the meeting; the rest of the questions will be answered in writing by the employees of the separate unit.

Among the employees of GUZhF LLC who took part in the event were the head of the separate division “Kubinsky” Azamat Khairullin, the head of the technical supervision and control group Elena Shubina, technicians of subscriber points No. 4, 5 Victoria Kasyanova and Olga Petrovskaya, specialists in working with the public subscriber points No. 1, 5 Anna Plotnikova, Alla Shcherbakova and Nadezhda Kovalenko.

Basically, all topics of discussion related to accruals under the article “content and Maintenance", provision of cleaning services local area and public areas, disclosure of information on tariffs.

It is gratifying to see that residents are ready to participate in solving problematic issues through discussion. However, not all the speakers, as it later turned out, care about their town. Among the ranks of ardent activists were malicious defaulters. The debt of one of the residents exceeds 200,000 rubles and dates back to the times when another management company took the place of GUZHF LLC. It is extremely sad that such citizens mislead responsible payers and turn them against the management company.

P.S. A few days later, a meeting of residents of Kubinka-8 took place on issues of improvement of the territory. The most discussed topic was the collection of household and construction waste. The holding of a cleanup day on April 23, 2016 was also discussed.
During the meeting, an initiative group was created from residents of the military town, representatives of the Administration of the urban settlement of Kubinka and the separate division “Kubinsky” of GUZhF LLC. This group will control the progress of the cleanup. All problematic issues will be discussed during the next joint meetings.
