Add to this dishes from one of the best Moscow chefs Carlo Grecu and an average bill of 1,500 rubles and the answer to the question “Where to sit on a warm spring evening?” obvious. If it gets cold, we recommend wrapping yourself in a blanket and ordering a delicious warming tea (490 rubles for 600 ml) or a hot soup like pumpkin with avocado and crab meatball (390 rubles) or wild mushrooms (360 rubles). The highest restaurant in Europe is located on the 62nd floor of the Federation Tower in the City. The Italian name of the restaurant actually hides the name of one of the most expensive spices in the world - saffron. The most Mediterranean of all the open terraces in Moscow. However, don't think it's always quiet here - on Thursday, Friday and Saturday there are loud, fun parties on the roof! Of course, these are not all panoramic restaurants available in Moscow. There are other establishments that deserve attention: restaurant “River” on Red October with stunning views of the Moscow River, City Space Bar & Lounge on the 34th floor of the hotel “Swissotel Krasnye Holmy”, Extra Lounge Moscow on the roof of the Korston Hotel and others. And in the near future (almost this month) they promise to open the famous restaurant “Seventh Heaven” in the Ostankino TV tower after many years of reconstruction. If you weren't there before the fire in 2000, definitely go. The views from the windows are simply incredible!
